Why can’t I access my wallet or complete a purchase?
To ensure security, users must configure a PGP Public Key before making purchases or accessing wallet features. You can add your PGP key in the Account settings menu located in the top right corner.
What cryptocurrencies are accepted?
We support Bitcoin (BTC), Monero (XMR), and Litecoin (LTC). Since vendors select which currencies they accept, some listings may not support all payment options.
Do I need to pre-fund my market wallet before purchasing?
No advance deposit is required. You can place an order first and then complete the payment within a 2-hour window.
How does the ordering process work?
- The customer places an order.
2.a – The vendor evaluates the order and decides to approve or cancel it. 2.b – Buyers may cancel orders if vendors don’t confirm them within 3 business days (excluding weekends).
3.a – Once shipped, the vendor updates the order status and may include shipping/tracking information. 3.b – Buyers can cancel orders if vendors don’t mark them as shipped within 5 days (120 hours).
4.a – Buyers can finalize completed orders. 4.b – If the package hasn’t arrived, buyers can extend the auto-finalization timer (with 72 hours remaining) by 5 days, up to 3 extensions maximum (15 days total). 4.c – Buyers may open disputes 72 hours after shipment for legitimate issues. If vendors and buyers cannot resolve the dispute independently, a market moderator will step in to facilitate a solution.
